They may still be available from Roadtrek - but as in the past, they would have to be ordered from RT through an RT dealer service. They might also be found at the dealership that bought out the parts inventory for Chevy Roadtrek parts - see my most recent article that has the link to the parts. Some have been able to find them online but not the same. What can be found may need to be installed with new screw holes. The alternative to the terrible latches that Roadtrek installed, is a forty pound pull magnet latch. These can be found at woodworking stores and online. This is a rare earth magnet on a bracket that is 90 degrees to its screw on base and a metal circle to screw on the door for it to catch on. It takes 40 pounds of pull to open the door so the door will not fly open on its own when driving. Because of this a door handle added makes opening the door with this latch much easier. I have seen these on the Rockler website and also WoodCraft's website. They also come up on Amazon. The woodworking stores and online site, Woodcraft, sells these. Less than $10 each latch. Finally, to ride of the RT was so poor that, after 20,000 miles, I traded it in on a Roadtrek Adventurous on a 2007 Mercedes/Freightliner platform. Again, the cabinet latches are terribe and I have a broken one. Getting replacement parts is a problem. Roadtrek directs you to dealers who do not stock the parts and are reluctant to order them as the job of replacing is too small for the effort. I really wish I had bought the Winnebago version of the Adventurous as a US manufacturer would be easier to deal with.

All this being said, where do you suggest I go for replacement latches?
epccohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09935289072530026000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8801217063323814316.post-15209548741013070772016-05-17T13:06:48.659-04:002016-05-17T13:06:48.659-04:00You can go to any Roadtrek dealer to order the lat...You can go to any Roadtrek dealer to order the latches from Roadtrek for you. If your dealer still won't answer their phone (you have to wonder how they can stay in business not answering the phone), try calling Fretz RV in Souderton, PA, ask to speak to their RV accessories store, and tell them what you need to be ordered from Roadtrek. They should be able to get the latches for you and ship them to you. They were able to order them for us. We bought extras just to keep with us so that we would have them when and if we need them. Unfortunately, they are expensive for what they are. We have also gotten spare water fill hole plugs (the orange plugs) and also a spare low point drain cap that fits on the fresh water tank. All parts that have to come from Roadtrek. Fretz had these last that I mention in their store on the shelf. I called Roadtrek, they told me to call my dealer...who is not answering the phone. Roadtrek is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. We had some problems with our unit soon after we bought it and it has been back in the shop several times. Roadtrek continues to blame us for the problem.
Linda in Ohionoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8801217063323814316.post-2147085417782364962015-12-28T22:57:37.520-05:002015-12-28T22:57:37.520-05:00thanks for the info. just bought a used roadtrek ...thanks for the info. just bought a used roadtrek and 1/2 of the cabinets won't stay shut. now to order replacement parts.nancy and the zoohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07977034750532416063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8801217063323814316.post-91507764348711443802015-12-28T22:56:47.867-05:002015-12-28T22:56:47.867-05:00thanks for the info. just bought a used roadtrek ...thanks for the info. just bought a used roadtrek and 1/2 of the cabinets won't stay shut. now to order replacement parts.nancy and the zoohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07977034750532416063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8801217063323814316.post-63658874350776470012015-10-17T18:31:18.738-04:002015-10-17T18:31:18.738-04:00Woodcraft Stores and website sells a 40 pound pull...Woodcraft Stores and website sells a 40 pound pull magnet latch for cabinets and doors. It means dumping this setup and drilling holes for the magnet bracket and the metal plate. They sell for $8 each and 40 pounds should hold the cabinet closed - unless there is a bowling ball inside. They are, indeed, a weak link and yep, they are only available through RoadTrek. Bummer. They are fragile. I wish there was as alternative without drilling new latch holes. Guess I will call the dealer and throw $40 at it. Shame on you, RoadTrek. The pantry latch dysfunction you talk about is exactly the same on our Roadtrek. The door was misaligned when installed causing these problems.
